I’ve been really enjoying this new series on Eater1 called “How to Make It” where the host Katie Pickens goes out to different parts of the food industry (or food-adjacent, in the case of the awesome episode where she learns how to make neon signs) and gets to learn how they do their work.
Eater’s YouTube channel has lots of good stuff that’s worth checking out, including the long-running series Dining on a Dime and You Can Do This.
1: disclaimer: I work for Eater’s parent company Vox Media.
